One hotel, six completely different landscapes, and no packing in between. We ride volcanic tracks in the Garrotxa, medieval villages in the Empordà, the cork-oak network above Girona and the coastal paths of the Costa Brava, and every night the bikes go back to the mechanic while you go for dinner.

How the day unfolds

  1. Welcome & shakedown

    Bike fit, a 45 km loop into the cork forest and a tapas dinner in the Old Town.

  2. Volcano day

    Van transfer to Olot, then lava-rock tracks and beech woods back towards Banyoles.

  3. Empordà villages

    Flat, fast farm tracks linking Peratallada, Pals and Monells.

  4. Rest or ride

    An optional 60 km spin, or a day off with a spa and a winery visit.

  5. To the sea

    The big one: coastal singletrack, a cliff-top finish and a swim before the van ride home.

  6. Farewell loop

    A short morning classic, a long lunch and airport transfers.

Good to know

What tyre size do you recommend?
42–47 mm tubeless. Our rental fleet runs 45 mm and the mechanic can swap to knobbier rubber for the coastal day.
Do I have to ride every day?
No. The van is always there, and the hotel stays the same all week, so a day off costs you nothing but a coffee.
How hilly is it really?
Around 1 000 m of climbing per day on average, spread over short, punchy gravel ramps rather than long passes.
